Privacy policy
Kids Love Science Stories for iPhone and iPad. Last updated October 17, 2026.
Kids Love Science Stories is made for children. It collects no personal information at all.
What the app does not do
- No accounts, no sign-in, no names or email addresses.
- No advertising and no tracking.
- No analytics, crash-reporting or other third-party services.
- No access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
- No chat and no way to share anything from the app.
What stays on the device
Bookmarks, earned passport stamps and settings (such as language and text size) are saved only on the device, so a story can continue where it stopped. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Stories are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see payment details or who bought what. Purchases sit behind a grown-ups question so that children cannot buy on their own.
Links out of the app
The only links (this policy and the support page) are in the grown-ups area, behind the same grown-ups question.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no personal information, there is nothing to review, change or delete. This applies to children everywhere, including under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
